This weeks Featured Fellow Etsian is 5 o'clock crows. This is a great shop that offers wonderfully hand dyed linen and cotton tea towels, fabric coasters, dinner napkins, cocktail napkins, and fat quarters. 5 o'clock crows uses hand dyeing, batik, and shibori processes to create beautiful patterns in it's pieces.
The photos in this shop remind me of pages in some of my favorite Martha Stewart magazines. Abundant purple grapes on a lovely plate with a slice of cake loaf, a refreshing cocktail, and beautiful yellow peppers adorn photos where already gorgeous napkins and towels are wonderfully displayed. To me, photos like this show a love for your work and a joy in providing that work to others.
I can just imagine our dinner table lavished with linen and cotton hues of turquoise, lavender, and pink. And if you enjoy quilting this is a great shop to purchase your fat quarters from!
5 o'clock crows has a 100% feedback rating, 10 sales, 225 shop hearts (I'm one), and has been a part of the Esty community since April of 2006.
